1x Chainring for Campagnolo
An exploration in chainring sprocket design
I wanted a 1x narrow-wide chainring for my 145BCD Campagnolo cranks, yet none existed at the time. Thus, the objective became to:
Create a narrow-wide 50T chainring for 145-BCD Campagnolo cranks whilst preserving the original aesthetic.

Over 40 suppliers and manufacturers contacted, numerous cost-saving revisions

7075-T6 Al Alloy
Fine bead blast and type-3 (hardcoat) anodizing

Dark umber (from type-3 anodizing)
Color
The narrow teeth were tapered by hand using a file to reduce machining cost.
